Twin River Labradors was founded on a simple belief: every puppy deserves the best possible start in life. Nestled in Rock Island, Tennessee — where the Caney Fork and Collins Rivers meet in the heart of the Cumberland Plateau — our small breeding program focuses on quality over quantity, raising Labs that are not only beautiful but healthy, intelligent, and deeply bonded to people.
Every litter is carefully planned with OFA-certified parents, and every puppy is raised underfoot in our home, giving them the confidence and socialization to thrive in yours.

We are committed to producing the healthiest puppies possible. All of our breeding dogs are tested and certified through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) before joining our program.

Fill out a puppy inquiry form and we'll reach out within 24 hours. Once we've connected and feel it's a great match, we require a $500 deposit to hold your puppy. The deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.
We do not ship puppies. All puppies must be picked up in person at our home in Rock Island, Tennessee. We believe this is the best way to ensure a smooth transition for the puppy and gives you a chance to meet us and see where your puppy was raised.
All puppies come with a 30-day health guarantee against congenital defects. We also provide a 2-year guarantee against OFA-testable conditions. If a health issue arises that we can document as hereditary, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Puppies go home at 8 weeks of age. This is the ideal window for socialization and bonding. All puppies will have their first vet exam, first round of vaccinations, and be dewormed before leaving.
Each puppy includes AKC registration papers, a vet health certificate, vaccination and deworming records, a puppy starter kit with a food sample, a scent blanket from their litter, and lifetime support from us as your breeder.
We welcome visits once puppies are 5–6 weeks old and have had their first vaccinations. We ask that all visitors be healthy and have no recent contact with other dogs or kennels. Visits are by appointment only.
